Capruzzi No. 326<\/strong>, as Data Controller, hereby informs you that the personal data and information provided will be processed in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016\/679 on the Protection of Personal Data, as detailed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller shall communicate, in a transparent, intelligible and clear manner, that the personal data collected will be processed and used exclusively for purposes relating to activities carried out by the Data Controller and its affiliated companies. Such entities may, from time to time, be appointed as independent Data Controllers or Joint Controllers of the data, within the scope of the full performance of the assignment, pursuant to Article 4(7) of EU Regulation 2016\/679, according to which the Data Controller or Joint Controller is <em>\u201cthe natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, the use of data for purposes other than those for which it was collected and which are not declared herein is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data collected, including special categories of personal data (formerly referred to as sensitive data), directly from the data subject or through the completion of paper forms, are processed by the Data Controller for contractual purposes (Article 6(1) of EU Regulation 2016\/679).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the scope of the activities for which the personal data and other information have been collected, the Company may carry out any operation relating to this privacy policy within the limits of the consent provided by the data subject, including registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, modification, communication and making available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal Basis and Lawfulness of Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller, in order to establish and manage contractual relationships and fulfil the related obligations, needs to collect and process certain personal data acquired (Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016\/679).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of personal data shall be carried out by the Data Controller in order to comply with legal obligations and shall be legally based on data protection legislation, for purely contractual purposes and for the provision of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of data is mandatory for the complete performance of the activities and, therefore, failure to provide the aforementioned information may make it impossible to complete the procedures connected with the performance of the assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Personal Data Retention Period \u2013 <em>Data Retention<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The retention period of the data shall always and exclusively be connected and related to the purpose for which the data were acquired and processed (<em>Recital<\/em> 39 of EU Regulation 2016\/679).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data acquired within the scope of the assignment may be retained by the Data Controller for the period strictly necessary to perform the requested professional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the Company may continue to retain such data for a longer period in order to protect its interests in the event of any disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the relevant consent has been withdrawn, the data will no longer be used but will only be retained, without being subject to further processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing Outside the EU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller does not transfer the personal data collected to foreign countries, including for the purpose of storing such data on virtual servers located outside the EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should such a circumstance arise, all necessary precautions shall be adopted to protect the personal data and information collected, and a careful assessment shall be carried out through a preliminary verification of the adequacy of the protection and retention of personal data, including adequacy decisions, <em>Standard Contractual Clauses<\/em> and authorizations issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (<em>Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scope of Communication and Processing of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We inform you that the acquisition of personal data is necessary for the full performance of the assignment. The inability to process such data will prevent the performance of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information provided will not be subject to any automated decision-making process pursuant to Article 13(2)(f) of EU Regulation 2016\/679, including profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data will be acquired electronically or in paper form and processed to fulfil the Client&#8217;s requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We further inform you that the data acquired will be used exclusively by the Data Controller for purposes relating to the performance of the professional services provided and the management and fulfilment of contractual purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the involvement of external parties is necessary for such purposes, such companies and\/or professionals shall be formally appointed as external Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016\/679.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing of Data through the Website<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically during the use of this Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise specified, all data requested by this Website are mandatory.
