{"id":405,"date":"2022-04-22T09:29:07","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T07:29:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/villaromanazzi.com\/?page_id=405"},"modified":"2022-04-22T09:29:08","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T07:29:08","slug":"security-protocol-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.villaromanazzi.com\/en\/security-protocol-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Security protocol | COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check-in andCheck-out<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Guests are informed at check-in on the new rules to be followed<\/li><li>Our reception staff always wear protective face masks<\/li><li>Minimum distance of 1 meter must always be maintained between guests and staff and between staff members themselves<\/li><li>Room key cards are disinfected after each use<\/li><li>Our reception staff periodically sanitize the desk, on which a Plexiglas divider per station has been placed<\/li><li>Elevators must be used by one person at a time or by guests staying in the same room<\/li><li>Fast check-out is highly recommended and invoices are sent electronically<\/li><li>Personal protective equipment and hand sanitizers are available for guests at the reception upon request.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rooms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>New standards of room cleaning have been adopted, with special attention to high contact surfaces<\/li><li>Courtesy line is completely replaced, even if not used, after each guest departure<\/li><li>Kettles with tea and coffee sets in all rooms<\/li><li>Minibar products on request<\/li><li>All paper material and unnecessary items are removed from guestrooms<\/li><li>If a guest has health problems, he can contact the reception for assistance directly from his room, avoiding any contact with staff<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Breakfast<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Breakfast can be served on the takeaway tray or directly in the room, and can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the room<\/li><li>Regular and frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas, including tables, placemats and chairs, particularly at every change of guest or family<\/li><li>Specific protocols for goods receipt in storage and processing environments and throughout the cycle of preparation and cleaning of dishes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Common areas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Furnishings have been distanced one from the other to ensure safe distance<\/li><li>All unnecessary items have been removed from the lobby and corridors (e.g. candy, brochures, newspapers, etc.)<\/li><li>All doors, where possible, remain always open<\/li><li>Signage to respect social distancing between guests and between staff and guests<\/li><li>Hydroalcoholic gel available in all common areas<\/li><li>Reinforced cleaning service in all common areas with special attention to high contact surfaces<\/li><li>Cleaning of air conditioning filters has been intensified and ventilation level increased<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bar and Restaurant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adoption of all reinforced cleaning and disinfection measures applied in common areas<\/li><li>Temporary closure of the \u00e0 la carte restaurant only, with fast delivery service provided by an excellent nearby restaurant<\/li><li>Specific protocols for goods receipt in storage and processing environments and throughout the cycle of preparation and cleaning of dishes.<\/li><li>Premises capacity has been redesigned to ensure social distancing<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regulated entry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hydroalcoholic gel available<\/li><li>Distance of at least 1 meter between chairs of different tables<\/li><li>Face mask is always mandatory for staff while guests can remove it when sitting at the table<\/li><li>Use of electronic payment whenever possible<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meeting and Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The entire hotel staff wear face masks and is properly trained on the necessary health measures<\/li><li>Signage to maintain social distancing<\/li><li>Plexiglassplaced on welcome desks<\/li><li>Removal of allstationery<\/li><li>Hydroalcoholic gel available to participants<\/li><li>It is recommended to take breaks outdoors (according to the capacity and weather conditions). Where not possible, the break is served in individual trays to each participant<\/li><li>Doors open to ventilate restrooms, meeting rooms and foyers<\/li><li>Daily cleaning during breaks and at the end of each meeting<\/li><li>Disinfection of switches, handles, chairs, tables and floors<\/li><li>Existing provisions concerning \u00e0 la carte restaurant are applied for catering phases of events. Moreover, any buffet is served to the dish exclusively by the staff<\/li><li>Non-contact infrared thermometers are available to organizers, customers and users on request<\/li><li>Use of the elevator is limited to one person at a time<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Swimming pool, gym and spa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Temporary closure of spa and gym.
