  • All paper material and unnecessary items are removed from guestrooms
  • If a guest has health problems, he can contact the reception for assistance directly from his room, avoiding any contact with staff

Breakfast

  • Breakfast can be served on the takeaway tray or directly in the room, and can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the room
  • Regular and frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas, including tables, placemats and chairs, particularly at every change of guest or family
  • Specific protocols for goods receipt in storage and processing environments and throughout the cycle of preparation and cleaning of dishes.

Common areas

  • Furnishings have been distanced one from the other to ensure safe distance
  • All unnecessary items have been removed from the lobby and corridors (e.g. candy, brochures, newspapers, etc.)
  • All doors, where possible, remain always open
  • Signage to respect social distancing between guests and between staff and guests
  • Hydroalcoholic gel available in all common areas
  • Reinforced cleaning service in all common areas with special attention to high contact surfaces
  • Cleaning of air conditioning filters has been intensified and ventilation level increased

Bar and Restaurant

  • Adoption of all reinforced cleaning and disinfection measures applied in common areas
  • Temporary closure of the à la carte restaurant only, with fast delivery service provided by an excellent nearby restaurant
  • Specific protocols for goods receipt in storage and processing environments and throughout the cycle of preparation and cleaning of dishes.
  • Premises capacity has been redesigned to ensure social distancing

Regulated entry

  • Hydroalcoholic gel available
  • Distance of at least 1 meter between chairs of different tables
  • Face mask is always mandatory for staff while guests can remove it when sitting at the table

Swimming pool, gym and spa

  • Temporary closure of spa and gym. Swimming pool opens from the 11th of July

  • Distance of at least 1.5 meters between sun loungers
  • Crowding density in water, solarium and green areas with index not less than 7 sqm of surface per person
  • Availability of hand sanitizer
  • Obligation to store all clothing and personal items inside the personal bag
  • Periodic check of water values
  • Compliance with the usual hygienic safety standards in water
  • Regular and frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas, changing rooms, showers, toilets and equipment, particularly at every change of guest or family
